We provide quantity surveying and cost consultancy services from initial feasibility through to final account agreement, utlising various methods of procurement to meet the client’s objectives.

We have championed ‘partnering’ since its inception via the Latham Report and remain committed to its concept and reality. We worked on the first project in the north to utilise the PPC 2000 Form of Contract for Project Partnering, working closely with the author of the contract David Mosey.

One area of specialist expertise we have developed is a methodology to deal with major refurbishment projects involving large numbers of in-situ tenants. Our approach is hands-on, as we plan, consult stakeholders and schedule works to meet the needs of the client and end users.
