Our expertise in the leisure sector is considerable. We have worked on new build hotel and resort ownership developments for major international clients such as De Vere and smaller regional operators such as Langley Castle.

We understand the hotels and leisure sector and its exacting brand standards; we have extensive experience in refurbishment, renovation and contruction - from budget to delux, including resort ownership developments.

Over the past decade we have handled the refurbishment of over 3000 guestrooms together with restaurants, leisure clubs and spas for a number of major hotel chains. We handle all aspects of the project, purchasing furniture and fittings and ensuring project schedules meet the needs of the business.

We are often appointed as Project Manager and Cost Consultant, charged with ensuring projects are planned and implemented on time and within budget. We also undertake something of a unique role- the procurement and implementation of the fit out of the project (FF&E). From the interior designer's proposals we provide the ultimate turn-key service.

Recent Projects:

• £50m resort project for De Vere Resort Ownership in Carrick set within Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. New golf course, 13 resort ownership lodges and the stunning 12 apartment Colquhoun Mansion House.
• We have been involved with Slaley Hall since its inception, through to its current ownership by the DeVere Group. Recently we have worked on two phases of resort ownership lodges and the refurbishment of the restaurant and a full refurbishment of all the bedrooms has now been completed.
• The £4.6m, 71 bedroom Dumfries Aston Hotel was opened in October 2006. The development was an innovative combination of a Grade 2 listed building and a contemporary new-build bedroom block.
